I ordered 3 swings and one chain on 2 swings is rusting, even through the yellow coating at the bottom. The other 4 chains are completely clean and rust free so there seems to be an issue with 2 of them. It's very disappointing that after only 1 year, one of the swings is basically useless.

While waiting for come commercial swing parts to build a tree swing for my granddaughter, I bought this seat as an interim swing that I could hang on my gazebo. It is considerably cheaper than the commercial equipment that I bought, but in quality and toughness it is almost as good. Now that the tree swing is done, I am sending this one on along to my son-in-law so that he can put it up for her.

After only being used about 5 times by my 15 year old stepdaugter (who definitely doesn't even come close to the weight limit) the seat split in half. We received the swing April 9th, it was installed a few days later and is already broken. As she only stays with us every other weekend, she's gotten maybe 2 weekends of use out of it. That's NOT what I consider heavy duty.
