Regulator leaks fresh out of the box- the small pinhole where you screw in the CO2 cartridges spews out all the CO2 and ices the regulator no matter if the regulator is turned all the way to + or -. I wasted 7-8 cartridges trying to carbonate one gallon of water to test it.EDIT: The customer service is amazing. They're sending a new regulator and refunded me for lost CO2. I'm increasing the star count for the product by 1 for now but if the new regulator works as advertised expect another edit!EDIT 2: The new regulator works perfectly. Updating my review.
The adjustment valve on this feels cheap. It also doesn't control the pressure very well. I also bought the one from TM Craft, which works better, albeit with some issues of it's own. I'd avoid this product
