Got it for my mom to use and it was difficult for her to dial out.
Phone was nice to look at, but every call was full of static. I hooked up an authentic phone I had from long ago and there was no static at all, so it was the lack of quality in the phone. Would not recommend.
I am overall pleased with the phone. It does not require a pulse to tone converter, and has a redial function as well as hands-free button. My only complaint is that it is a bit lightweight, and the two rubber feet for the front were missing. This made the phone slide around quite easily when using the dial, which is just a little stiffer than I would like.I think this would be a better deal at 35-45 dollars, but am still satisfied with the item. Sound quality is good, though there is no volume adjustment for the earpiece or hands-free speaker.
